I recently underwent Smartlipo on my flanks, but only the lower part was treated. As a result, the area now has an uneven appearance. During my follow-up appointment, the doctor confirmed that the upper part was never treated — which is not what we had originally agreed on. She tried to explain it away by saying it's "just skin," but it's obvious that there’s still significant volume left in that area. I’m scheduled to return in August for a new consultation, but I would like a second opinion from another doctor beforehand, so she can’t dismiss my concerns again. I am attaching a close up, its easier to notice when you look from the side. I made a mark in the area that was treated, and the area she obviously left out
