If your goal is a noticeable improvement without a full facelift, a combination approach—removing a small amount of fat while supporting skin tightening—may be considered, but expectations should be realistic. Hello Dear Swanswag, It is Dr. Hong from Fresh Plastic Surgery Clinic South Korea, Seoul. Probably there 're some excessive fat tissues, so Dr. offered you mini lipo. Based on picture, if you are looking for significant improvement, only "mini lipo" or only "face lift" might not work. Based on picture, there are 3type of problem : 1) skin elasticity lose sagging 2) chubbiness causing sagging as well 3) deep wrinkles. So, to get optimal result complex treatment will be required.

I would not recommend Liposuction in your case.
Facial aesthetics is primarily determined by bone structure.
Certain types of facial bone structure is associated with premature aging.
The aging process itself tends to have a loss of volume and loss of skin elasticity as its major components.
For that reason removing more volume is counter to what you’re trying to achieve.
Full facelift with volume restoration is probably a much better option.
I would keep my expectations on the low side, simplistic procedure guide.
Either do surgery and do it correctly or live with the way things are.
I don’t think there’s any little procedure that’s going to do much for you.
