I am 26 yo, 167 cm and weight around 69 kg. I have tuberous breasts and I want to improve their shape, the asymmetry is just a minor concern. I went to two consultations and the first surgeon told me that I needed full lifts on both sides, which would leave anchor scars. The second surgeon said that a donut lift with areola reduction is enough, but I am worried about areola spreading. What do you think?

my preferred lift is a lollipop lift when a periareolar won't do (ie greater than 2cm lift required). The lollipop technique was created by a Canadian plastic surgeon named Elizabeth Hall-Findley and treats the breast as a three dimensional structure instead of two dimensions...
To minimize your costs and have only one operation with one recovery I would suggest having your upper arms, armpits/lateral chest and the breast lift/reduction all done at one operation. This is easily accomplished, without drains and all of your suturing done beneath the skin with dissolving...
Areola reduction is standard practice for a breast lift. With weight loss, you will have significant excess skin and will need a wise pattern skin resection (inverted T or anchor style scars). This will accomplish your breast lift, reshaping, and areola reduction all in one surgery.
