Is it my crooked nose that makes the face go up on that side of the face? (Photo)

Sry for my English I will try to explain. My nose is crooked, and if you look at the picture you can see how one nostril is a little smaller and higher up than the other. You can also see how the same side of the face is "different" the side of the face goes up and the lip is a little higher up as well. My question is if it is my crooked nose that makes the face go up on that side of the face?
