Hi @amichelle55! A non-surgical approach would be to inject botox into the depressor septi muscle. This will relax the muscle and stop your nose from drooping down when you smile. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!

In our experience, the best way to achieve predictable nasal narrowing is with rhinoplasty surgery. Nasal injectable fillers may lead to a wider appearance. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

It is very important for a surgeon to understand the vascular anatomy of somebody's nose. The central nasal bridge is a safe area to inject since there are few significant blood vessels in this area. Sometimes on unqualified injectors may push too much product too fast, near a blood vessel....
