Hello, I’m 19 years old and had a otoplasty 7 weeks ago. My ears look pretty good but I have recognized that they are not symmetrical and especially at the top. The left one looks more pointy and the right maybe sticks out lite more. I think the worst thing is the pointy left ear which looks like a fairy and are much more noticeable when I take a photo on my self. Therefor I wonder if I can do another surgery in the future to make the ears more symmetrical and the left ear less pointy.
