But based on your photos, your chin is already projected, and it may not be what you need to enhance your facial features.

I almost always recommend a genioplasty over an chin implant. You have decent projection but your chin lacks vertical height. A genioplasty would move your chin slightly forward and down, bringing more balance to your profile, while elongating your profile. Chin implants tend to make your chin wider, which I don't think you want. A genioplasty is a slightly larger procedure, but the benefits are worth it. All of the incisions are made through the mouth, which means no external scarring. A chin implant will leave a scar under your chin. An implant will not lengthen your jawline either. A genioplasty is a permanent procedure, while an implant may cause issues (body may reject it) and have to be removed. Once its removed, you are essentially right back where you started. Looking at your pictures, I would not recommend a chin implant for you. Your chin is well projected as it is and I don't think that adding more projection would enhance your facial features.
