But based on your photos, your chin is already projected, and it may not be what you need to enhance your facial features.

I almost always recommend a genioplasty over an chin implant. You have decent projection but your chin lacks vertical height. A genioplasty would move your chin slightly forward and down, bringing more balance to your profile, while elongating your profile. Chin implants tend to make your chin wider, which I don't think you want. A genioplasty is a slightly larger procedure, but the benefits are worth it. All of the incisions are made through the mouth, which means no external scarring. A chin implant will leave a scar under your chin. An implant will not lengthen your jawline either. A genioplasty is a permanent procedure, while an implant may cause issues (body may reject it) and have to be removed. Once its removed, you are essentially right back where you started.
