I want to have a rhinoplasty. In the last couple of years I have startet to frequently experience cold hands and feet due to poor blood circulation. This problem has also appeared on my nose. It does not bother be as much as my hands and feet, but I can feel that the nose is cold if I touch it. But I would not know that it was cold if I did not touch it with my fingers. Is it okey to have rhinoplasty?

In the cold, blood supply to the nose, ears, hands and feet are shot down in order to re-direct the warm blood to the vital organs such as heart and kidneys. Those who smoke, have diabetes, vascular disease or are on Cocaine can have poor blood circulations and may be at greater risks if undergo nasal surgery.
