Is it possible to achieve a sharp and narrow nasal dorsum without osteotomies ? I have broad and splayed out upper nasal cartilages and i want them to be narrowed (without narrowing of nasal bones)...is it possible that upper lateral cartilages be narrowed by cutting or trimming them to achieve a narrow mid nasal dorsum ( which is formed by upper lateral cartilages) ? And would a graft be needed ?
