Looking for a more defined jawline, which is better CoolSculpting, Kybella, or Lipo? (photos)

Question

I’m not sure what procedure is best for me. I really would like to make my jawline more define and remove a small ‘pocket’ on the left side of my face (circled in the photo). I’m looking into coolsculpting, kybella and possibly liposuction. Effectiveness and price matters to me as well.

For a more defined jawline to strengthen your profile (and help prevent the dreaded jawline "jowl" sagging), we use injectable fillers like Revanesse Versa - a filler known to limit swelling and give subtle, soft enhancements - or Radiesse. Using a cannula to limit pain and swelling, we inject on the bone in strategic points to get more lift and shaping, resulting in a more contoured lower face and defined, structured jawline. Hello, Thank you for your question and pictures. Based on what can be seen it appears that you may benefit from a combination of treatments. Some doctors are using Kybella off-label in the are you circled but it is important to find one with experience. CoolSculpting may also help in giving you more of a jawline. Without a face to face consult it's difficult to say for sure what treatment, or treatment combination would be best for you.  You don't appear to have much, if any, excessive fat below the chin or jawline.  You may consider a combination of Kybella  and fillers along the jawline to sharpen the jawline and improve your profile.  Consider a consultation with a Plastic Surgeon that offers a variety of options like CoolMini, Kybella, Fillers and surgery. Your fotos don't support the idea that there is a lot of excess fat under the chin.  It looks more like loose skin.  An in person consultation with a BC plastic surgeon will help determine this.  If there is sufficient fat, cool mini is likely best for you.   If it is mainly loose skin, consider infrared light treatments (skintyte) to tighten up the neck and jawline.   See a plastic surgeon who offers cool mini and kybella, and skintyte so they can offer you the best of all options.

You would be a great candidate for CoolSculpting. The treatment would help rid of fat deposits under the chin and contour your jawline.
