Several years ago, I slipped down some tile stairs and the fall created a dent/divet on my left buttock. Is it possible to get some sort of filler for that area only?
Answer: Butt dent The most reliable approach to correcting a soft tissue indentation in the muscle is to release the scar tissue under the skin through a tiny incision and then immediately fill in the dent with a fat transfer. Fat grafting without the initial scar release may result in the plumping the areas above and below the dent, making it look deeper!

Given you have enough fat to harvest, fat can allow your surgeon to selectively fill regions that require additional volume.
