Is there a procedure to fill in a dent made in the buttock?

The most reliable approach to correcting a soft tissue indentation in the muscle is to release the scar tissue under the skin through a tiny incision and then immediately fill in the dent with a fat transfer.  Fat grafting without the initial scar release may result in the plumping the areas above and below the dent, making it look deeper!

Transferring fat (from one area of your body) into the buttock dent is likely the best, most natural, and safe option.  Depending upon the size of the dent, fat transfer may need to be done more than once to achieve the desired result.  Glad to help. 

Liposuction and fat transfer to the area is a great way to improve the contour of a dent in a buttocks after trauma. Meet with an experienced board-certified plastic surgeon (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery)  for an in person consultation in order to discuss whether or not you are a candidate for the procedure and your goals and options. Fat grafting to your buttock (Brazilian Butt Lift) will almost certainly be your best option. Given you have enough fat to harvest, fat can allow your surgeon to selectively fill regions that require additional volume. Although it is hard to make a comment without seeing the photographs, these issues can be easily corrected by fat graft or fat redistribution in one or sometime in multiple sessions.

The dent in your buttocks from trauma may be related to a contusion, hematoma or fat necrosis resulting I tissue loss. Fat grafting to the area will help to minimize or completely correct your dent. Good luck
