Can I Still Try Minoxidil to Regrow Native Hair and Pluck Transplanted Eyebrow Hair (500 Grafts)?

In my experience helping dozens and dozens of patients with ulerythema, I would say that minoxidil only helps a very small proportion of patients. It is not correct to state that minoxidil helps most people with ulerythema. In fact, sometimes it irritates more. 

I very much doubt that minoxidil could have helped your eyebrows to the extent that you would have decided not to have a transplant. 

You don't have to worry about using minoxidil on your eyebrows after surgery but you should check with your hair transplant surgeon.  Eyebrow transplants in patients with ulerythema can be challenging and hair regrowth is a bit less predictable - so check with your surgeon at each step. 

Since you had an eyebrow transplant, that should be adequate to get growth of the eyebrow. Minoxidil may irritate your condition and may not be needed if an adequate transplant was done
