Should I wear my retainer during my nose job?

I got my braces off about eight months ago and have to wear a metal retainer at night. Do you recommend me wearing it during the surgery to prevent my teeth from moving or will my septorhinoplasty not affect my mouth/teeth?

You really only need to wait about 3 weeks to do whatever you want after septoplasty. You want to make sure your nose is healed and the mucosa has no defects.
