How long do I need to wait to go white water rafting after Septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery?

I am about to have septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery on July 7... how long should I wait before I can participate in vigorous activities again? I want to go white water rafting around the first week of September but don't know if that is too soon. Should this be alright or do I need to wait?
