How long do I need to wait to go white water rafting after Septoplasty and turbinate reduction surgery?

You really only need to wait about 3 weeks to do whatever you want after septoplasty. You want to make sure your nose is healed and the mucosa has no defects. There are cases of ameba in fresh water causing serious infections and there is no reason to take a chance. Since you are 8 weeks out you should be fine.
