Hello! I am 19 years old and plan to have some procedures on my face. The right cheekbone ( on the pic) is wider than the left (due zygomatich arch). I honestly dont want to get unilateral cheekbone reduction (behause of sagging etc.) My surgeon wants to shave the zygomatic arch. He said its 4-5mm thick so he could shave 2mm. I think 2mm would be enough to archieve symmetry. What do you think about that?
