Wide face help! What options are there for cheekbone/zygoma reduction in the US? (Photo)

Hi, reviewing your photos, you have a wide cheekbone. The zygoma is extends from the front to the side of the face. The side of the face is called the arch of the zygoma. When a reduction surgery is done, the cheekbone is cut at two places. The front of the face and the side of the face. By making cuts on the bone, the bone can then be recessed in a reduced position. I use no plates for screws. The bone is held in place by the soft tissue. The scars are all hidden inside of the mouth. I have been performing this surgery for over 20 years and i have done hundreds of these procedures. I have achieved excellent results in most of the patients. You are a good candidate for this surgery.

While I regularly do cheekbone reduction surgery, the area you are referring to as too wide does not appear to be cheekbones or zygomatic area. (even though you do have wide cheekbones) If I am interpreting the red marks accurately they are more in the anterior temporal area starting at the zygomatic process of the temporal bone. That is an area that can also be reduced although it involves more muscle reduction than bone. But I would need more clarification about your marked areas, like where they are in a side view picture.
