Lefort 1 + cheek augmentation? (Photo)

Hello. I am 19 years old and planning to get some procedures. I want to change my flat midface. Would you recommend Lefort1 or are there any other possibilites like fillers to get a more pronounced upper lip and midface area? My bite is alright. I also want to get cheek augmentation. What do you think of all that? Thanks a lot! On one picture u can see how it's currently is and in the other how i would want it to be (where the upper lip is more pronounced)

You can do botox around the mouth but you risk changing the shape. fillers, threads, and morpheus treatment can help improve the look. otherwise the only option is nerve surgery which also has risks. Fillers is an easy non invasive option to give some improvement. Best, Dr. Emer.
