What should buttock implant result feel like when touched? Imagining an ideal candidate and a no complication scenario.

Dear onejkl,   Front and side view pictures would have been very helpful.   Not all butt implants results are the same , because experience and skills are very important and, additionally,  there are different techniques and different implants. That is why you have to do your due diligence and choose wisely. Cost is important, however the quality of result is critical as you realize after your experience. The initial cost is not always the final cost , if you have to redo the surgery.    Always consult with experienced board certified plastic surgeons who do lots of butt implants surgery  in accredited surgery center for your safety. Check the before and after pictures in the photo gallery , to make sure that they are numerous, consistent , attractive and natural looking. Check also the 'Realself' reviews for positive experience reports.    When you have the consultation, ask to see the implants and feel them . Also, if possible, ask to see patients who had the procedure and feel their result. For example, I have done butt implant surgery on over 400 patients and on any given day of patients consultation, I have at least one patient for follow up after surgery , who's result can be assessed and judged. If the appropriate size and shape implant is selected and positioned under the gluteus maximus muscle then it typically flows naturally with the patient and feels like a firm athletic buttock. Glad to help.

I think that the key is to have adequate soft tissue coverage, and if this is the case, then the buttocks just feel firmer.

The results of buttock implant surgery would depend on the surgeon, the position of the implant, the size of the implant and the amount of soft tissue coverage over the implant.the larger the implant the more it would be felt and the more the complications.Surgeon's expertise is important to position the implant and the more realistic the patients are in choosing the right size implant the less the complications and feel of the implant
