Depending on how much internal work was done at the time of your rhinoplasty (was it primarily cosmetic, reconstructive/breathing, or both?) this likely represent mucosal swelling that has blocked one or more openings to your sinuses. Typically this would be on one side or another, but it could be both. Do NOT self-treat; go see your surgeon. You may need a decongestant, antibiotic, and/or steroid/anti-inflammatory medication. Let your surgeon make this recommendation. If you have a fever, see your surgeon ASAP! Do NOT blow your nose!

New eye pain is not usual 1 wk after rhinoplasty. Your pain should be getting better, not worse and usually most discomfort is resolved by the first week. I would recommend going back to your surgeon for evaulation Dr. Cat Begovic M.D.
Contact your surgeon ASAP. This is not one of the usual complains that patients have after rhinoplasty, especially if it started 1 week after surgery. Dr Siegel
While it may just be due to fluid building up in the sinuses, I would recommend going to see your surgeon as soon as you can for an examination.
Sorry for this issue. Sounds like fluid in the Eustachian tube being blocked, or a sinus infection, or both. Seek immediate medical carte. From MIAMI Dr. Darryl j. Blinski
Generally, the pain has almost completely resolved one week after rhinoplasty, so your new pain is out of the ordinary and indicates a new problem. There are several possibilities, none of which are too serious, ranging from crusting, to sinus infection. See your surgeon for an exam.
You should not be having pain behind your eyes 1 week after rhinoplasty. It is most likey caused by a lack of aeration of the sinuses secondary to post - op swelling. See your surgeon for evaluation and treatment to relieve your pain.
You should check with your doctor but this can likely be explained by pressure from fluid and blood in the sinuses from the rhinoplasty. Should be resolved after 2-3 weeks.
