On my post op appointment, my surgeon said I was doing very well. Minimal bruising and swelling. I’m on my 7th day, sutures melting, bruising and swelling nearly all gone, and having good results. Im 31, healthy and active in which helped the recovery. I’m a very active person and I need a second opinion on when I can start working out as fitness saved my life. When I had sinus surgery, I was able to work out in 10 days. Thank you!
