Do you think that my eyelids will be uneven permanently? (Photo)

It appears you have right upper eyelid ptosis. More information is needed for proper recommendation including before photos and examination. See an oculoplastic surgeon and discuss with your surgeon.

That persistence in the elevation of the crease can go on for months.  However, I do not think your crease will come down low enough to match your left side.  Also there are some design elements that seem to be missing from the right upper eyelid. Specifically, the eyelid platform is very full suggesting that the surgeon did not design the surgery to reduce the bulk of the eyelid below the upper eyelid crease. I suspect this eyelid will need to be revised and the upper eyelid crease lowered. It is important to give this eyelid 2 to 3 more months to heal.  However, it is important to understand that the likelihood is that this eyelid will not be satisfactory. If that is the case, I would be very careful about who does the revision.
