I had rhinoplasty about 11 months ago. I think there was a deformity in my nose tip from the very beginning of the process. Although I searched on the Internet, I did not encounter a similar problem. I have a triangular cartilage on the tip of my nose that can be seen in the light. It is evident when you touch the tip of the nose. Is this a sign of a failed rhinoplasty surgery? Should I tell my doctor about this situation? I think my nose tip will get worse as the days go by

Yes your nose is a bit over-projected. Ie sticks out too much from your face. That said you’ve got a really aesthetically pleasing nose. Everyone is a bit different and my advice is definitely do not have a rhinoplasty as your nose is already really good

I would only wait if the orthodontics will significantly change the shape of the jaw in relation to the nose - that may change the rhinoplasty approach a little. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
