I very much like the shape of my nose, but what I do dislike is how it seems to ‘stick out’ of my face, like my forehead seems so far in compared to it. I’m wondering what could fix this and if there’s anything which needs correcting.

I would only wait if the orthodontics will significantly change the shape of the jaw in relation to the nose - that may change the rhinoplasty approach a little. Be sure to see a rhinoplasty specialist for consultation.
