What could cause pain under right implant 2 years post op? (Photos)

mindytetnis
34. 5'10". 155lbs. I had a mommy makeover. The breast portion included a lift, a reduction on the right side. Nipple relocation, areola reduction, gummy bear implants, i think thats all. At then begining of this year i had a pain under my right implant. (Implants are under the muscle) i rolled over in bed one night and the pressure "popped" whatever was causing the pain. The pop relieved the pain. There was still slight tenderness when my implant touched that spot. I seen my surgeon, he said no worries, just scar tissue. Take ibuprofin. Im assuming maybe fluid built up in the scar tissue?? The pop was dramatic ao there had to be fluid of some kind. Now at the end of the year, the pain has returned but worse. It hurts to lay on my back, bend over, i can hardly stand to massage it and after massaging the pain radiates for a few minutes. I have tried "smooshing" my breast to see if it would pop again but it has not. There is no visual changes to my breasts. No other tenderness, firmness, tightening, redness, changes in appearance. What is this pain? Also the put my right nipple back on crooked. (Pics are reversed from forward facing camera). I did not ever complain though. I paid 35k. How upset should i be about my crooked nipple and scarring under my breasts?
