Breast implant moved after 6 months - would over the muscle be better for an active weightlifter?

Hello everyon. I have done a breast lift and implant under the muscle of 225ccs. The surgeon only said she is using under the muscle because it is more natural. And when I asked when can I resume my excercise routine with weights. She said you can start with walking, cardio at 4 weeks. At 8 weeks start weights gradually starting light then progressively. Now at 7 months post op my left implant has moved, showing in the MRI later displacement. My right implant shows no sings of movement on the MRI, however, it is sagged down conparing to the 6 months prior. As such, I have visited the surgeon for this and said didn’t I tell not to do weight lifting at all! And said the only solution is to remove them completely Or redo them but I have to discontinue weightlifting my whole life. So I’m asking for a second opinion here is it true breast implants aren’t for active weightlifters or will an over the muscle have suited me better. I’m looking what is the best option for me. Thank you.
