My skin is quite thick, and my nose seems to be somewhat lopsided. I like the underlying bone structure of my nose and would like to keep my nose fairly long and turned either straight or down. My fear would be getting a result that created a short, soft, upturned nose because I do not think that would harmonize with the rest of my face. Additionally, I tend to like angular, strong noses.
