Hello thanks for sharing your pictures. Derma abrasion removes upper layer of skin and does controlled healing. It is difficult to say based on pictures dermaabrasion can help reduce the elevation of scar but will not do much for the width of scar or pigmentation. How much improvement you may get is hard to predict. Consult a board certified dermatologist.
