Can Dermabrasion be performed on black skin?

Microdemabrasion is great for any skin type. It's gentle enough and effective enough to diminish the look of dark spots and wrinkles by a process of deep exfoliation. This is a procedure where you would want to do multiple treatments of to get desired results. I usually tell my clients to do at least 4-6 sessions and back to back for best results. 2-4 weeks is enough time in-between treatments.
