Depressed crater in between my eyebrows. Surgery suggestions to make it fade? (photos)

I am 25 and I am from Sri Lanka. I got a deep pitted scar in between my eyebrows 10 years ago. I has been post traumatic and I need a solution to make it faded. Could you please suggest any kind of surgery to make it faded?

From the pictures I see a depression along with discolouration of the skin. I would recommend fat fill along with management of the hyperpigmentation through various approaches such as dermabrasion or other techniques.
