Areola lift scars - should I get revision surgery or continue laser with IPL?

Hello- I had very uneven nipples so I had a skilled surgeon perform an areola lift in may of 2021. I took great care of the incisions but still have very red scars which really noticeable and make my nipples appear large. I have been lasering with laser genesis (7 sessions) and have has micro-needling in addition to a prescription scar cream in the past year. They are still very, very noticeable. Should I get a revision surgery or continue lasering with ipl with the hopes it works at some point?
