Very pleasant and experienced doctor. The doctor laid out all options and explained the effects of each through which I could make my own informed decision, in comparison to those who immediately prescribe random and expensive treatments without considering what the patient wants.
PRP - Maintenance treatments are often recommended to sustain the results. The frequency of maintenance sessions varies but is commonly every 4-6 months. Minoxidil - The effectiveness of minoxidil can vary among individuals. Some people may experience sustained hair growth for years, while others may see results for a shorter duration.
I can see that you have a fair amount of body fat around the trunk and chest. The pictures are not clear but there is a possibility of gynaecomastia in your case if the glandular component is not reducing even after working out.
Dear 9jayc7, From the pictures I see a depression along with discolouration of the skin. I would recommend fat fill along with management of the hyperpigmentation through various approaches such as dermabrasion or other techniques.
The answer to whether you need rhinoplasty or not depends on more pictures. Left and right lateral pics + a worm’s eye view would help a surgeon assess the aesthetics of your face upto a certain extent. Hope this helps.
Dear Anni11, Botox - works on muscles. They paralyse the muscles and hence smoothen out any creases caused by muscles. Fillers are gel like substances which can contour a certain area on injection. So the ideal treatment for you would be after evaluating whether your problem os due the underlying muscles, or a contour irregularity. Hope this advise helps.
