Dear Charm, Thanks for submitting your pictures. From your pictures I have observed the followings : 1. Fat deposits of the hips, waists and flanks. 2. Small butts . 3. Short crack. 4. depressed lateral butts. Do not despair because there are good solution to reach your goals. Liposuction of the hips waist , flanks and lower back will create a very nice body shape with well defined waists and S curve back. Butt implant wil accentuate the S curve , add projection, elongate your crack to a more attractive length and fill out your lateral butts. I do not recommend fat injection because they do not last beyond 6 - 12 months as I have seen on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants after disappointing fat injection by other surgeons. I believe that an aggressive liposuction to your waist, flanks and grafting the fat to the buttock area and hips will give you a very nice outcome, I can not see your figure from the front side but probably you have also donor fat from your abdomen, and we can create a very nice "hourglass shape" Try to discuss all your concerns and expectations thoroughly with your surgeon.
