Why does my butt have another fold? it looks really bad, it bothers me. (photo)

Frankly, it is just another variation in normal but not common anatomy. Sometimes this can be improved surgically by releasing the tethering bands of connective tissue pulling in the extra fold plus/minus adding fat to the area. Glad to help...RAS

Dear thursdaychild, Thanks for submitting your picture. From the picture it appears that you have skin laxity ( strech marks ) that might contribute to the folds. That might be a result of volume loss. How do you replace volume ? Excersize and muscle buildup can help but it is hard work and once you stop the condition will return. Fat injection does not last beyond 6 - 12 months as I observed on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants after having fat injection by other surgeons. Your best option is oval round butt implants place under the fascia and on top of the muscle. That will strech the skin and imrove or eliminate the folds. The implants do not disappear and can be made to the size and shape of your desire. Consult with board certified plastic surgeons who have lots of experience with butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results because there are different techniques and implants shape. Best of luck, Dr Widder

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for liposuction and fat transfer, to fix your problem, and I think you'll get very good results. 
l recommend you to make an in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for a proper answer and to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.

Sometimes people have extra folds in the buttock region. This might be able to be freed and fat inejcted int he area to raise it out a bit.
