Dear Shygirl, It would have been helpfull to see pictures of the asian girls butt. Being as it may, there are 2 common methods of butt augmentation. Fat injection and silicone implants. Unfortunately, fat injection do not last beyond 6 - 12 months as I have seen on many patients who came to my surgery center for butt implants after they had fat injection to the butts by other surgeons. It might look nice initially, but than it disappears. Think about it, if fat injection was so consistant and reliable, breast implants would have disappeared from the market... Butt implants do not disappear. They come in different shapes and sizes and you can select the ones that are most attractive to you. Most of my asian patients request oval round implants in the medium size range. Consult board certified plastic surgeons who have lots of experience with butt implants surgery. Check the before and after pictures to make sure that you like the results, because there are different surgical techniques. Best of luck, Dr Widder
I have quite a few patients of Asian descent who have undergone BBL with significant improvement. Find a board certified plastic surgeon who performs hundreds of Brazilian buttlifts each year.
