Hello, I had tumescent lipo upper & lower abs and flanks. Since day 2 I noticed when I get up from bed or move my hips from side to side I'm feeling fluid movement and it's down near my upper hip area. Could this be seroma or just swelling? Do I need to get it sucked out or will my body absorb it? Really scared :( thanks

You actually do have swelling that will take up to 6 months to completely resolve. Please give yourself time to heal and follow all your post operative instructions.
A revision may be helpful, but you do appear to have some loose skin. ThermiTight, treating the area with radiofrequency, possibly could be beneficial, just based on your photos.
Hello. Great question. Congratulations on your procedure. At 10 days post op you are still very early in your recovery phase. It can take 3-6 months for all the swelling to go down. Until then you can see your final results. Keep following your surgeon's post op instructions.
