As im getting older my nose is getting more and more crooked. My left nostril looks a lot larger than my right. Is this a deviated septum?

Answer: Do you have a deviated septum? Do you have a deviated septum? based on the tilt of the nose, which is also causing asymmetry of the nostrils it does appear that your caudal septum is deviated

Answer: Likely Your nose shows a tilt to one side from the bottom. This is typically the septum that is pulling the nose to one side, so, it is deviated. It may also be blocking the breathing in your nose. This is something we can repair to make the nose straighter and more attractive.
