8 months post septorhinoplasty, noticed dry nose, tongue, and cold feeling when I breathe. When can I expect this to stop?

I had a septoplasty with inferior turbinate submucous resection oo(oabout 50%) about 8 months ago. I also had a rhinoplasty. Since then the air I breathe in feels cold (it used to feel colder) and my nose gets very dry at night time. I have no problems breathing via my nose. Since the surgery the roof of my mouth feels dry and cold. My tongue is really dry. The surgery was a complex one as my turbinates were very enlarged. My doctor says it’s all healing well. When/will this stop?
