Will Bellafill last forever in nose bridge? Or should surgery last longer?

I always perform non surgical nose "jobs" with Bellafil. This is a permanent filler and will not change on the nose. I have been performing this procedure for over 10 years with great results and have not seen the need to repeat it. Good luck

Hi and thank you for your question! As famously said by Axl Rose (and more recently Maroon 5), "nothing lasts forever" and this is true for cosmetic procedures too. The results of surgical nose job typically last much longer than fillers, but even those are not permanent as our face undergoes changes as we age. If you prefer to avoid surgery and if you are a candidate of non-surgical nose job with filler injection, Bellafill is an excellent choice given that it outlasts most other fillers.
