What is the best option bonding after braces or moving canines? (photos)

DO NOT REMOVE TEETH.  I have to agree with the first response.  Expanding your arch, moving teeth orthodontically (Invisalign or traditional) then minimally doing veneers, peg laterals or all four incisors would give you a fantastic look.

Based only on the images and your comment I personally would not remove the lateral incisors. You can treat this either with conventional orthodontics or Invisalign without extracting anything. The treatment plan should allow for creating or maintaining enough space so that the lateral incisors can eventually have either crowns or porcelain veneers to create a more natural tooth.Hope this helps.

I am an Accredited Cosmetic Dentist.  I have been providing smile care technology for over 20 years.  I love the naturally seductive smiles we create with Invisalign clear braces technology.  That said, if I were you, I would not have any teeth removed.  Removing teeth really changes your smile.  I would expand your arch sideways slightly while pulling your front teeth back through Invisalign therapy. I would also move the laterals into the perfect spot for two lovely porcelain veneers to finalize and compliment your smile.  You will love the look!  (Never ever move the canines into the lateral position.  The canines are huge and wide bodied.  Laterals are delicate and thin bodied.  I have never seen a smile design with that combo that really works!)  Good Luck!

I would definitely not recommend pulling the peg laterals.  The best option, in my opinion, is do what you need to do to decrease the crowding and poorly positioned teeth with orthodontics and selective extractions if needed to create the space.  Then do veneers/crowns on the  four anterior teeth.  If you can't afford 4 teeth then at least do the crowns on the peg laterals.  Bonding is also an option but more difficult to control.  Moving the cuspids causes many problems when a dentist has to do a restoration to make the cuspids look like lateral teeth.  Good luck to you!
