You can not shorten this tooth enough to match the others. It needs to be moved back in to place. Some type of orthodontic option would be best. Traditional. Invisalign. Others.
Yes, non metal options are available. They go along with a non metal "abutment". It is what extends from teh implant that the crown sits on. Usually much more esthetic.
Look at the difference in the width of the upper arch of your teeth compared to the picture you provided. The perfect smile picture you provided is not only pretty but wide. With your smile not being wide and not enough time to do braces to widen it, porcelain veneers done by someone with A LOT OF EXPERIENCE, could make great improvements. Perfect? No, but much much better.
DO NOT REMOVE TEETH. I have to agree with the first response. Expanding your arch, moving teeth orthodontically (Invisalign or traditional) then minimally doing veneers, peg laterals or all four incisors would give you a fantastic look.
You can't have them removed. Once they have been capped they have to have caps on them. I'm sure if they are redone and look and fit better you should love them.
