Age 45, after weight loss. Augmentation possible without a lift? (photos)

amberbox01
I’m 45 years old and 5’4, my current weight is 135lb over the past year and a half I have had some weight loss and my cup size has gone from a small D to a B and I would like to restore volume. I am trying to figure out if it would be possible to have augmentation without a breast lift or if a breast lift would be required for me to have augmentation. I would like to be restored to a small D cup again.
