5th month of 80mg Accutane still getting pimples

Ive been on 80mg of Accutane for 5 months (170 pound male), and I am still getting some pimples. I think they’ve been coming a few days after I have a beer or two. Is that setting back my progress? I just don’t understand why I’m still getting pimples
