Belly button piercing is rejecting after starting Accutane - what should I do?

I got my belly button pierced about 2 years ago and I just started accutane about 4-5 months ago. my belly Botton piercing has been rejecting and I don't know what to do to help it. I told my dermatologist and I was prescribed creams but it isn't working.

Preferably it would be best to wait for an elective procedure such as ear piercing while on accutane. healing can be impaired with the potential for a worse scar or even a keloid. I recommend to wait a few months after accutane as this is not a life or death procedure.
