The nose does change with age, however you are far too young to have these noticeable changes yet.
- Skin: thins over the upper 2/3rds of the nose, making the appearance of a dorsal hump more prominent. Also the lower third of the nose looks more bulbous because of relatively thicker skin.
- Bony framework: the pyriform aperture, the triangular bone on which the nose sits, recedes, which can make the nose look relatively bigger or more projected.
- Cartilage and soft tissue: the ala, or the nostrils, seem to move higher on the face, making the tip look relatively lower and "droopier."
