9 months after filler my nose is still red. No pain, just redness. Opinions? (photos)

Hi All, I got filler in my nose about 9 months ago to help after an un successful rhinoplasty. Most of the filler has dissolved but my nose is still red. It has been red from about 2 weeks after i got the filler. No pain just redness. Any ideas in what has caused it to be so red?

There are some body parts that simply do not keloid. We have never seen keloid scarring at the base of the nose in any of our own rhinoplasty patients, or in any patients that we have seen that have had rhinoplasty surgery by others. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
