Hello, I've had two surgical rhinoplasties before. In the second one, the doctor took cartilage from inside the bridge of my nose and put it to the side. After several months of the surgery, I have now a hollow and ridged spot on the bridge of my nose, and the cartilage is missing from there. I don't know how deep it goes. Is it safe to use fillers to fill it up? I tried to photograph the deformity I hope it will be enough.

Answer: Would you consider a permanent non-surgical nose job?
There are some body parts that simply do not keloid. We have never seen keloid scarring at the base of the nose in any of our own rhinoplasty patients, or in any patients that we have seen that have had rhinoplasty surgery by others. Thank you for your question. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Based on your singular photo, it is difficult to appreciate any significant facial asymmetry. Additionally, it's tough to tell if you have a crooked nasal appearance. I hope this helps. Sincerely, Dr Joseph
Unfortunately the area that is circled is very difficult to evaluate for abnormality. If you decide to submit another question, please consider adding additional full face views. Thank you. Sincerely, Dr. Joseph
