You would need to be examined to determine the best course of action to treat the bump on your lip after injury, but it is possible that it could be surgically improved. This would be a fairly minor procedure that could be done in the office under local anesthesia.
The only method to remove silicone injected into the lip would be to surgically remove it. I have not found injection of steroids into the area to be a long term solution.
