The only method to remove silicone injected into the lip would be to surgically remove it. I have not found injection of steroids into the area to be a long term solution.
If its not causing you a problem I would leave it alone. The only way to remove injectable silicone is to surgically excise it and this may result in a lip deformity.

Hi,If the silicone injection is not disfiguring your lips, it may be wiser to leave it like that as there is no proven systemic or local disease associated with silicone granuloma. Since there is still no other means to remove silicone other than surgical intervention, I would like to warn you that this may mean that normal tissue on your lips may also be removed and complete removal of the silicone is highly unlikely.
