I had a facelift around 6 months ago, cus I got a bit of sagging on my face from doing zygoma reduction surgery 6 months before that. After the facelift, I have hard "ridges" on BOTH sides of my cheek. Any thoughts on what could've went wrong? Maybe my soft tissue was still firm from the zygoma reduction, and when it got pulled from the lift, it created sum sort of "tissue bunching"? I can tell it's not going to go away on it's own. It just feels to firm.
