With saline implants you have the option of having the implants deflated in the office to allow the skin to begin retracting and the tissue to begin healing. You can then have the implant shells removed at a later time. Costs will vary by surgeon and location. For example, some patients who have breast implants removed will also require capsulectomy and/or breast lifting performed at the same time. Additional procedures performed (if necessary), requiring additional time, will likely increase costs. A rupture saline implant should not cause pain.It is also rare to see a mass. I suggest you  be evaluatedby a board certified plastic surgeon in your area. They willadvise you of cost and any other findings.
